The BWI Working Paper Series (BWPS) encourages the exchange of thoughts and ideas on contemporary waqf development and disseminates the paper as part of endeavor to increase waqf literacy. The authors of the BWPS may come from BWI Board of Commissioner and staffs and from researchers outside BWI. The BWPS does not necessarily reflect official policy of BWI.
